The foam takes up part of the box. Limits above already reserve space for cushioning; do not use the box dimensions as GPU fit limits. Every kit is checked before dispatch.

Before you pack
How do I measure my GPU?
Measure the complete card, including its cooler, backplate, bracket and anything protruding. Length is from the rear bracket to the far end; height is from the lowest bracket / PCIe edge to the highest cooler edge; thickness is from the backplate to the outer fan shroud. Measure the GPU itself, not its original box. Do not remove the cooler. Unsure? Select “Help me confirm.”
What is included in the price?
We quote the kit, shipping the empty kit to you, optional postage for sending your GPU to Paramount Repairs, and applicable tax separately before payment. Repair work, diagnostic fees and shipping the GPU back after service are separate. A kit request does not authorize a repair or purchase a shipping label.
Can the box be reused?
Yes, if it and the cushioning remain undamaged. Inspect each time: replace a crushed, wet, torn or softened box, compressed foam, or a punctured bag. Cover all old labels and barcodes. We inspect the packaging again before any return shipment.
What about liquid-cooled, loose or damaged cards?
Choose the review option for water blocks, attached radiators or tubing, loose coolers, exposed boards, bent brackets, or unusually heavy cards. Do not ship liquid or separate accessories unless instructed. If none of the three kits is appropriate, we will tell you before payment.
Is a label for shipping my GPU to Paramount Repairs included?
A label for sending your GPU to Paramount Repairs is included only if you request it and accept the quoted postage. The label used to deliver the empty kit to you cannot be reused to ship your GPU. Do not send the card until your repair is accepted and you have the correct destination instructions. Declared value and any shipment protection are confirmed separately.
