One card. One kit.
Every layer matters.

Before you begin

Use the kit matched to your card, keep the cooler assembled, and wait for repair acceptance and shipping instructions before sending your GPU.

Step by step

Prepare. Protect. Pack.

  1. Check your kit

Make sure the box is dry, firm and undamaged, the foam is intact, and the shielding bag has no holes. Contact Paramount Repairs if anything is missing or damaged.

Use the supplied kit only for the card we reviewed. One GPU per kit.

  2. Prepare the card

Shut down, unplug the computer and remove the GPU using appropriate ESD precautions. Handle it by the bracket and sturdy cooler edges. Leave the cooler assembled. Do not press on fans, exposed components or connectors.

  3. Bag it first

Place the card fully inside the supplied metalized static-shielding bag and seal it. Do not force a tight fit or let a sharp bracket puncture it.

Never place tape directly on the GPU.

  4. Seat it in the foam

Keep the bottom pad and side rails in their marked positions. Place the bagged card in the cavity in the orientation shown on your kit slip. Add the supplied spacers to prevent movement, supporting sturdy cooler / bracket areas without loading fans, the PCB or connectors.

  5. Close without pressure

Add the top pad. The box should close easily without bowing or force. Gently tilt the closed box; the card should not slide or rattle.

If the card moves, the lid presses on it, or cushioning is missing, stop and ask us before shipping.

  6. Add identification

Include the kit reference and your approved repair paperwork, if applicable. Do not include power cables or accessories unless requested. Pack any approved detached pieces separately, away from the GPU.

  7. Reseal and relabel

Use the supplied tape to seal the center seams and edge seams on the top and bottom in an H pattern. Cover or remove every old address label and barcode. Attach your new label flat in the supplied pouch.

Keep the outer box plain. Do not write “GPU,” the card model or its value on the outside.

  8. Ship after confirmation

Use the approved destination and a new tracked shipping label. Postage for delivery of the empty kit is not valid for sending your GPU to Paramount Repairs. Confirm shipment protection appropriate to the card’s value and keep the acceptance receipt and packing photos.

Keep it for the next journey

Reuse only after inspection

We can reuse the box for the next leg if the box, foam and bag still pass inspection. Replace damaged materials; a reusable kit does not mean unlimited trips.

The kit does not include diagnostic service or guarantee against transit damage.
