What graphics cards do you repair?+
We evaluate desktop GPUs from NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and all major board partners. We specialize in NVIDIA RTX 40- and 50-Series cards. Older and specialty cards are accepted when parts and board information are available.
What does the $99 diagnostic fee cover?+
It covers intake documentation, visual inspection, electrical and functional testing, component-level fault diagnosis, and a repair estimate. The full $99 is credited toward an approved repair.
Is the diagnostic fee refundable?+
It is nonrefundable if the repair is declined, the card is unrepairable, or repair is not economically practical. The fee covers the professional time and equipment used during diagnosis.
Do you offer local drop-off?+
No. Paramount Repairs currently operates as a nationwide mail-in repair service. Approved customers receive shipping instructions after submitting a repair request.
Will you repair my GPU without approval?+
No. After diagnosis, you receive the findings and repair quote. No work beyond diagnosis is performed until you approve it.
What warranty is included?+
Completed repairs include a 30-day limited workmanship warranty covering the exact fault repaired. It does not cover unrelated failures, new damage, improper installation, overclocking, power-supply problems, or shipping damage.
How should I package my GPU?+
Use an antistatic bag, sturdy box, and several inches of padding so the card cannot move. Do not send accessories unless requested. Tracking and full-value insurance are strongly recommended.
