Diagnostic service
The $99 diagnostic bench fee covers intake documentation, inspection, testing, fault diagnosis, and a repair estimate. The full fee is credited toward an approved repair. It is nonrefundable when repair is declined, unrepairable, or not economically practical.
Approval and pricing
No work beyond diagnosis is performed without customer approval. Parts, return shipping, insurance, and applicable tax may be additional. Any material change to an approved quote requires approval before work continues.
Mail-in shipping
Customers are responsible for safe packaging, inbound shipping, tracking, and insurance. Use an antistatic bag, sturdy box, and enough padding to prevent movement. Do not send accessories unless requested.
Repair outcomes
Repair success cannot be guaranteed. Failed GPU cores, multilayer PCB damage, corrosion, unavailable components, or prior repair damage can make a card technically or economically unrepairable.
30-day limited workmanship warranty
Completed repairs include a 30-day limited workmanship warranty covering the exact fault repaired. It does not cover unrelated failures, new physical or liquid damage, improper installation, overclocking, power-supply or cable problems, or shipping damage.
Tracking and privacy
Repair requests and status updates are stored so customers can track service using their ticket number and matching email. Submitted information is used to evaluate, communicate about, repair, and return the customer's equipment.
Independent service
Paramount Repairs is independent and is not affiliated with NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, or any GPU manufacturer. AI-generated promotional illustrations are labeled and do not depict a customer's actual card or guarantee a result.
